LA Downtown Film Festival project

The Los Angeles Downtown Film Festival has asked inter.sect Art Collective to participate in this year's festival. 11 artists will respond to "prompts" from film festival events and happenings. We'll be doing this inter.sect style, interpreting and translating text and video. The work from each individual artist is below, or you can view the videos as a group here.

inter.sect Art Collective will be participating in Digital Art LA, an international new media expo. It's a collaboration between Los Angeles Center for Digital Art and the LA Downtown Film Festival. The exhibit will be August 13-15. More details to come!

Here is a list of the artists/participants for SecondHand. We might have more signing up, and I'll add them here. LeeAnn Harrington changed her 12sec username, and Cynthia Lewis changed her Facebook name, so double check those.

If anyone wants to join us after we start, that's perfectly fine. This is not a cut-off list. This is just so you can connect with one another, which will make the performance much more successful.
